This session includes an overview of the Workforce Innovation Center’s services and how it is enabling companies of all sizes to adopt more inclusive practices to support and empower their workers as part of the company’s long term business strategy. The event will also feature the nationally recognized Minority Business Accelerator, which enables the development of sizable minority businesses and which can partner meaningfully with other companies to support business objectives.
Through the transformative actions already occurring across the Cincinnati region’s business community and its partners, this event will explore how the Cincinnati region is continuing in its efforts to be ground-zero for inclusive capitalism, working to create a more inclusive economy for all and establishing a new standard for how our nation can lead.
