Workforce Innovation Center

As our consultancy continues to grow, we’re excited to announce the launch of the new and improved Workforce Innovation Center website. We’ve come a long way in just a few years with more clients, expanded product and service offerings, and greater impact on the region. Featuring streamlined navigation, more insights into our services and process, valuable thought leadership content, and upgrades to our workforce resources, our new website was built to better serve you and your business.

To that point, I want to call out a few sections of the website where you can get plugged into our work today. Whether you’re looking for HR consulting services, resources for talent attraction and retention, or ways to better understand the challenges your organization and others may be facing, we have something for you and your business:

  • Our services are innovative, custom solutions designed and implemented by our experts that address your unique workforce challenges to help your business reach its full potential

  • Our career board ensures your job postings are seen by top talent in the area and enables you to highlight the benefits and perks that make your company stand out

  • Our workforce and talent map makes it easy to find workforce, talent, education, and social service organizations that can support your business here in the tri-state region

  • Our blog keeps you up to date on the latest workforce news so you can make informed decisions to diagnose and address any issues your company or employees may be facing

While our website is new, our goal remains the same: to support companies through evidence-based practices that fuel business growth and improve the lives of employees. WORKFORCE & TALENT ECOSYSTEM MAP

When the Workforce Innovation Center was established in 2019, one of our priorities was to identify and connect with the great organizations supporting people and employers in our community. The landscape of organizations doing this important work is vast with programs and services designed to help solve problems. In launching the Center publicly in 2020, we built the first version of the Workforce & Talent ecosystem map – a categorized, searchable map that enables the user to explore all of these organizations and what they offer to the community. Our new website launched with our fourth version of the map, as we continually learn more about them and work to present this information better to the community. Explore the map to discover the vast number of resources our region offers to better support people and businesses.
