02 Data Analysis & Findings
2 – 4 weeks
In Data Analysis, we’ll hold one to two meetings with key leaders to present findings and recommendations.
03 Implementation Support
2-4 weeks after recommendationsOptional
Our experts are available to help your team achieve maximum success. With this option, we will hold one to two meetings to discuss plans before providing a comprehensive action planning guide. Then we’ll hold several quarterly monitoring meetings to ensure plans are on track.
