Joining the Cincinnati Chamber in 2018, Audrey Treasure established the Workforce Innovation Center to help companies solve challenges, recruit talent and implement inclusive practices.

In her free time, Audrey devotes herself to family and community service, serving on the board of 4C for Children, on the selection advisory committee for GreenLight Fund Cincinnati and a member of the Center for Employment Opportunities Cincinnati advisory committee, and treasurer and founding board member of School Board School.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Nonprofit Management from Indiana University and a master’s in Management and Change Leadership from Antioch University.
With more than 10 years of experience developing partnerships within the education and nonprofit industry, Rabina is passionate about bring the community together for positive change. She began her career as an educator in Toronto, Canada. This experience showed the value and importance of education in strengthening communities and led her to earn a master’s degree in Adult Education and Community Development.
As a consultant, Rabina focuses on training new talent within the workforce through developing internships and building mentor relationships. With extensive expertise in program development and management, she is a strong partner to help companies reach their goals.
Beginning her career in the private sector, Erin decided that she wanted to dedicate herself to create meaningful social impact. This led her to teach and then work for more than seven years at Teach For America. Here, she crystallized her belief that clear strategy along with equitable, people-centered practices are necessary to realize a bold vision and achieve ambitious goals.
Erin now helps leaders across the education, nonprofit and business sectors. Through partnership, she helps clients align strategy and talent effectively and equitably.
Barrett has extensive experience in managing complex organizations, leading enterprise-scale learning and HR projects, and driving positive cultural change through investments in talent. His career includes 15 years of HR work at Macy’s – supporting thousands of employees, planning and implementing talent development programs, and full-cycle project leadership of complex human capital initiatives.
As part of his current consulting work, Barrett helps Ford Motor Company for developing core enterprise learning solutions to increase employee and organizational capabilities. Barrett is passionate about creating inclusive spaces, opening access to learning and enabling peak performance.
A native Cincinnatian, Ben earned his bachelor’s degree in history and a law degree from Yale. After leading the new teaching hiring at the District of Columbia Public Schools, he became the founding executive director for Teach For America in southwest Ohio. He helped train, recruit and support more than 200 diverse teachers for the region.
‘Through his consulting work, he creates innovative solutions to develop employees that strengthen organizations and communities. He currently serves as school board president for Cincinnati Public Schools.
Erica partners with clients to unravel misconceptions about workplace success. With a straightforward, no-holds-barred approach, she helps maximize employee performance and attain client goals through progressive human resources management.
Originally from Cleveland, OH, she graduated from Xavier University with a bachelor’s in human resources and marketing and Indiana Wesleyan with a master’s degree in human resources management. She’s held HR leadership positions, including being Senior Director, Employee and Labor Relations – North America for LexisNexis.
Joe works with leaders and teams across multiple sectors to create positive workplaces that maximize the strength of all people. As an experienced organizational leader, Joe loves tackling big challenges, developing strategies and driving outcomes to build stronger, more equitable communities.
Beginning his career as a 7th and 8th grade English teacher in Philadelphia, he worked to create systemic through leadership roles at Teach For America, Cincinnati Public Schools board of education and Cincinnati’s Mayerson Academy. He earned his M.Ed. in urban education from the University of Pennsylvania. He currently works at ImpactED as the Director of Learning and Development, where he equips organizations with critical skills and data to affect change.
Kate McCracken (she, they) is a coach, consultant and changes facilitator. She helps cultivate the collective leadership consciousness necessary to actualize the equitable future that can emerge. With more than 20 years of leadership and organizational development experience in nonprofit and corporate environments, Kate’s goal is to maximize impact by helping leaders invest in the well-being of their greatest resources – their people.
Holding a degree in Art and Human Services, they currently serve as the Head of LiveRamp, a tech startup in San Francisco and as a freelance consultant and coach.
Dr. Kevin Sansberry II is a behavioral scientist and executive coach whose work is driven by evidence-based, inclusive and equitable approaches to transform and coach leaders. He helps eradicate toxic behaviors that threaten profitability, innovation and overall organizational well-being.
A sought-after speaker, consultant and coach, he’s helped Major League Baseball, higher education, nonprofits, sales and other organizations address toxic leadership and create inclusive cultures that center of employee well-being. Earning his doctorate in business administration from The University of Missouri-St. Louis where he focused on the impact of abusive supervision on organizational culture/climate and employee-coping behaviors.
A native of Louisville, KY, Ranisha “Ray” Smith earned her undergraduate degree in human resources management and organizational leadership from the University of Toledo. After graduation she joined the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber.
After completing her master’s in professional studies in human resources and employment relations from Penn State, she began working as an HR consultant helping organizations with strategic and communications advice. Outside of her consultancy work, Ray still serves as a resource to the community as a board member and executive committee member for Cincinnati’s Caracole.
Shonda Sullivan is dedicated to helping people and organizations operate with purpose and vision. She believes practicality, profitability and values-based business are not mutually exclusive. She is highly effective in human capital management with extensive experience directing enterprise-wide HR strategy and operations. Her success is driven by her ability to build relationships and earn trust; establish and lead strong programs and processes; build governance infrastructure; and organizational development. She’s mission-driven, passionate about people, and creating cultures of acceptance and inclusion. Shonda firmly believes that every organization can put the employee experience at the forefront of strategy and guarantee a strong bottom line.
As a Lead Consultant with the Workforce Innovation Center, Shonda has helped inform services and strategy while working with numerous clients on both core and custom engagements. In addition to helping build the Policy & Practice review model and Employee and Leadership surveys, Shonda has also worked one-on-one with clients to develop custom solutions for their employee-related challenges. Through her work with Center clients, Shonda has performed org development and built structures, development and succession plans for teams; improved talent acquisition and selection processes; developed a unique language analysis service to ensure employee communications, specifically handbooks, follow best practice standards and are inclusive and easily understood; developed extensive policy packages; created data dashboards; advised on human capital analytics and data management plans; benchmarked company performance to national and regional peers and performed extensive analyses of company trends and projections; and more.
Shonda previously served as Senior Director, People & Operations at the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, Chief of Human Resources at the Hamilton County Clerk of Courts’ Office, led human capital innovation at an S&P 500 company. She partnered with two elected officials to develop leadership plans through changeovers and create new team structure and support. Shonda earned her bachelor’s degree in international studies from Centre College and her MBA from the University of Michigan. She is a certified Senior Human Resource Professional and Human Capital Strategist. She is Predictive Index Certified and is currently pursuing several other certifications.
