Gen Z in the Cincinnati Region

The Workforce Innovation Center and our partners at the Center for Research and Data are pleased to announce the release of a new white paper focused on Gen-Z in our regional workforce, presented by Cincinnati State Technical and Career College. This is the second of two white papers that will explore the values, preferences, and challenges faced by Gen-Z, those born between 1997 and 2012 or approximately ages 12-27. As they enter the workforce, their expectations for flexibility, diversity, and clear growth opportunities are reshaping traditional workplace norms.
