A Beacon of Inclusion

We were founded in 2019 by a collaborative of Cincinnati regional leaders to connect more employers directly to innovative initiatives that mitigate barriers to employment and to grow businesses through an inclusive capitalism approach. Today, the vision remains to make Cincinnati a beacon of inclusion and engagement for employees resulting in long-term financial success, innovation, and sustainability for its employers and, thereby, the community.

Our Strategic Alliances

We’re here to help make positive, long-lasting change. As part of efforts to create an economy that works for all, we’re proud to partner with these organizations who are working for a more sustainable future.

Our Investors

We appreciate our supportive donors, who helped launch our initiative and build our infrastructure. Due to their generosity, we are building on our mission to adopt inclusive practices that empower employees and fuel businesses, enabling communities to thrive.

With additional financial contributions, we can help foster more growth, more effectively. 2022 is our first year of generating revenue from paying client employers, which is the long-term strategy for sustainability. We still depend upon philanthropy to cover the costs of providing the basic framework that supports the consulting practice, the proprietary tools we created, and the deep engagement and facilitation we offer with the Workforce and talent ecosystem.

Together, we are strengthening area businesses, supporting employees and their families, and creating better economic opportunities for our region.
