VP & Executive Director Workforce Innovation Center | Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber
Audrey Treasure joined the Cincinnati Chamber in December of 2018 as VP and Executive Director of the Workforce Innovation Center. In her role, she has established the Center as a central place to support companies in solving challenges, recruiting new sources of talent, and implementing inclusive capitalism practices within businesses to benefit their organizations and to support the people that they employ.
Audrey previously served as Senior Director at the Cincinnati Business Committee and the Cincinnati Regional Business Committee, membership organizations comprised of the Cincinnati Region’s top CEOs. In earlier roles, Audrey worked as the Advancement and Strategic Partnerships Officer at Antioch University Midwest, the Senior Director at Junior Achievement of Georgia, and as a Teach for America Corps Member in Chicago and Atlanta. Audrey serves on the board of 4C for Children, on the Selection Advisory Committee for GreenLight Fund Cincinnati, as a member of the Center for Employment Opportunities Cincinnati advisory committee, and is the Treasurer and founding board member of School Board School. Audrey completed her bachelor’s degree at Indiana University in Spanish and Nonprofit Management and has a Master of Arts in Management and Change Leadership from Antioch University.
Business Development Senior Manager
Sam Hashmi recently joined the Cincinnati Chamber in July of 2022 as the Business Development Senior Manager for the Workforce Innovation Center. In this newly created role, will be instrumental in driving additional clients to engage with the Center’s standard and customized services.
She previously served as Senior Director Store Manager for Macy’s for nearly two decades, overseeing a number of stores across Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. During her tenure, Sam had ever-increasing responsibilities leading retail store operations, talent development and training, and spearheading the diversity and inclusion strategy for team members across the region. She concluded her tenure at Macy’s with the Flagship Kenwood store in Ohio. At each location she served, Sam was successful at growing sales and profitability, utilizing data to drive decision-making. She also was highly focused on developing internal talent not only for her store, but the organization as a whole.
Because of her strong performance and tenure with Macy’s, Sam was named to Star Council, an organization reserved for the company’s best store managers. Star Council is instrumental in developing the vision for where the organization is heading and interacts with executive leadership to provide insights and guidance on Macy’s strategy. Her strengths include the ability to focus on priorities, developing great relationships with her team and peers, and an outstanding work ethic.
Sam completed her bachelor’s degree at the University of Cincinnati in Business Administration.
Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations
Elana Benedikt recently moved to Cincinnati and joined the Cincinnati Chamber in July 2022 as the Senior Manager for Strategy & Operations of the Workforce Innovation Center. In her role, she is focused on strategic operations such as streamlining all central systems and processes, project planning and goal setting, and cultivating relationships with new companies and investors.
She previously served as a Business Development Manager for two FinTech startups in Israel, e-Toro and SplitIt, focusing on driving new business relationships and defining the global outreach strategy for these firms. She also worked as a strategy consultant in NYC for Capital Markets Company, which focuses on business change and cost transformation with clients such as Morgan Stanley, UBS and Credit Suisse. She also spent a year as an English Teacher for Masa Israel Teaching Fellows near Tel Aviv, Israel.
Elana completed her bachelor’s degree at Emory University in Marketing and Spanish and has a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Tel Aviv University.
With over 10 years of experience developing partnerships within the education and non-profit industry, Rabina is passionate about bringing community together for positive change. Beginning her career as an educator in Toronto, Canada, Rabina quickly learned the value and importance of education in creating community impact, which led her to pursue a graduate degree in Adult Education and Community Development.
In recent years, Rabina has focused her skills on training new talent within the workforce, specifically through developing internships and building mentor relationships. Rabina also brings a strong foundation and knowledge base in program development and management. Supported by her education, professional experience, and community focus, Rabina is excited to help companies reach their goals.

After spending several years in the private sector, Erin sought out a career where she could make a meaningful social impact. This journey led her to teach with, and then work for, Teach For America where she crystallized her belief that realizing a bold vision and achieving ambitious goals requires clear strategy and smart, equitable, people-centered practices.
With close to 20 years of diverse experience across private and nonprofit sectors Erin has leveraged a keen ability to marry strategy and talent while upholding a high bar for diversity, equity and inclusion in ways that have yielded real results.

Barrett Evans has deep experience in managing complex organizations, leading enterprise-scale learning and human resources projects, and driving positive cultural change through investments in talent. This experience includes a 15-year career with Macy’s – broad HR-generalist work supporting 1,000s of employees, designing and executive talent development programs, and full-cycle project leadership of complex human capital initiatives.
Barrett now works for Ford Motor Company where he is responsible for the development and execution of core enterprise learning solutions to increase the individual and collective capability of employees and organization. He is passionate about creating inclusive spaces, democratizing access to learning, and enabling peak performance. He and his family live in Westwood and love the Cincinnati arts.

Ben Lindy is excited to join the consulting team at the Workforce Innovation Center. He has applied many of the Center’s principals on his own team as the founding executive director for Teach For America in Cincinnati, as well as in his work as an independent consultant with a range of non-profit and private institutions.
Ben grew up in Cincinnati, and he and his wife Paige are proud to be raising their family here as well. He currently serves as an elected board member for the Cincinnati Public Schools, and he is a graduate of Yale College and Yale Law School.

Joe began his career as a 7th and 8th grade English teacher in Philadelphia, where he built a deep commitment to educational equity and a strong belief in the potential of all young people. Since then, he has worked to create systemic change through nonprofit leadership roles at Teach For America, as a strategic advisor to the Cincinnati Public Schools board of education, and as a consultant, program designer and senior leader at Mayerson Academy in Cincinnati.
Joe currently works at ImpactED at the University of Pennsylvania as the Director of Learning and Development, where he equips social and public sector organizations with critical skills and data to accelerate social change. He received his undergraduate degree from Xavier University’s Philosophy, Politics and the Public honors program and his M.Ed in urban education from the University of Pennsylvania.

Kate McCracken (she/they) is a coach, consultant, and change facilitator cultivating the collective leadership consciousness needed to actualize the future that wants to emerge. Combining nearly 20 years of leadership and organizational development experience in non-profit and corporate environments with a determined focus on equity and justice, Kate helps uncover and remove the barriers between aspirational visions, the movements in pursuit of them, and our collective success.
Kate holds a degree in Art and Human Services and has built a career by being their own laboratory; meaning she’s learned by living and experimenting in life and work. She currently serves as the Head of Talent Enablement at LiveRamp, a tech startup in San Francisco, CA and has the great fortune to design and deliver human centered experiences as a freelance consultant and coach.

DR. KEVIN SANSBERRY, MBA, SPHR

Dr. Kevin Sansberry II is a behavioral scientist and executive coach whose inspiring work is driven by the need for evidence-based, inclusive, and equitable approaches to urgently and proactively transform and coach leaders, eradicating toxic behaviors that threaten profitability, innovation, and the overall wellbeing. Kevin is regularly sought after to speak, consult, and coach organizations around the world related to his expertise in toxic leadership, human capital strategy, and creating inclusive cultures of belonging to enhance organization performance, centered on employee wellbeing.
Kevin has experience in various settings such as professional sports including the MLB, higher education, nonprofits, sales, and other large complex organizations. He is also the founder of KEVRA Consulting, a firm that utilized research-based solutions to address organizational challenges such as inclusion, equity, and belonging, HR strategy, leadership coaching, and development.
Kevin earned his doctorate in business administration from The University of Missouri-St. Louis where he focused on the impact of abusive supervision on organizational culture/climate, and employee coping behaviors. Kevin received his MBA from The University of Missouri-Kansas City with an emphasis in leadership & change in human systems and general management and his undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Central Missouri.
Ranisha “Ray” Smith is a Louisville, Kentucky native but has been a proud Cincinnatian since 2014. In 2014 she migrated from Toledo, Ohio, right after graduating with an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management and Organizational Leadership Management from the University of Toledo. She completed the advanced study of Human Resources and Employment Relations in 2018, receiving a Master of Professional Studies from The Pennsylvania State University.
A previous Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber employee, Ray currently works as a HR Consultant for a consulting firm and with the Workforce team!
Outside of the consultancy world, Ray continues to serve as a resource to the Cincinnati community, as a proud Board Member and Executive Committee Member for Cincinnati’s Caracole.

Shonda Sullivan is highly effective in human capital management with extensive experience directing enterprise-wide HR strategy and operations.
