VP & Executive Director Workforce Innovation Center | Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber
Audrey Treasure joined the Cincinnati Chamber in December of 2018 as VP and Executive Director of the Workforce Innovation Center. In her role, she has established the Center as a central place to support companies in solving challenges, recruiting new sources of talent, and implementing inclusive capitalism practices within businesses to benefit their organizations and to support the people that they employ.
Audrey previously served as Senior Director at the Cincinnati Business Committee and the Cincinnati Regional Business Committee, membership organizations comprised of the Cincinnati Region’s top CEOs. In earlier roles, Audrey worked as the Advancement and Strategic Partnerships Officer at Antioch University Midwest, the Senior Director at Junior Achievement of Georgia, and as a Teach for America Corps Member in Chicago and Atlanta. Audrey serves on the board of 4C for Children, on the Selection Advisory Committee for GreenLight Fund Cincinnati, as a member of the Center for Employment Opportunities Cincinnati advisory committee, and is the Treasurer and founding board member of School Board School. Audrey completed her bachelor’s degree at Indiana University in Spanish and Nonprofit Management and has a Master of Arts in Management and Change Leadership from Antioch University.
Senior Project Manager, Workforce Innovation Center | Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber
Thanapat joined the Cincinnati Chamber in October 2020 as Senior Project Manager of the Workforce Innovation Center. In his role, he will utilize his extensive experience in program and data management, quality improvement, the workforce ecosystem, and passion for improving the people’s lives.
Thanapat previously served as the Economic Success Director at Santa Maria Community Services and has over 13 years’ experience in workforce development and economic success programing. He completed his bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Cincinnati with a double major in marketing and information systems and has completed trainings in non-profit leadership and quality improvement science.
Talent Connections Leader | Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber
Christina Misali is an HR and talent management professional, currently serving as the Talent Connections Leader at the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber. She manages Apprenti Cincinnati, a registered apprenticeship program for tech talent, as well as the work-based learning experiences with regional high schools.
Christina received her M.Ed. in Human Resource Development and B.A. in Communication Arts from Xavier University. Her professional experience includes talent pipeline management, candidate lifecycle experience and employee engagement. Christina was the inaugural StartupCincy community manager at Cintrifuse were she managed recruiting and community events for the tech ecosystem including large-scale, multi-track conferences such as NewCo Cincinnati and Techstars Foundercon.

Shonda Sullivan is highly effective in human capital management with extensive experience directing enterprise-wide HR strategy and operations. She is a mission-driven professional who is passionate about people, creating cultures of acceptance and inclusion and believes that every organization can have a mission-driven culture that guarantees a strong bottom-line.
Shonda previously served as Senior Director, People & Operations at the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, Chief of Human Resources at the Hamilton County Clerk of Courts’ Office, and led Human Capital Innovation at an S&P 500 company. Her success is driven by her ability to build relationships, earn trust, and establish and lead strong programs and processes. She believes that practicality, profitability and values-based business are not mutually exclusive. Shonda has an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA in International Studies from Centre College. She is SPHR Certified, Predictive Index Certified, Human Capital Strategist Certified and a Member of SHRM.

Her approach is hands-on and differentiated. She seeks to understand the unique needs of each of her clients, offers tailored support and drives towards tangible outcomes.
After spending several years in the private sector, Erin sought out a career where she could make a meaningful social impact. This journey led her to teach with, and then work for, Teach For America where she crystallized her belief that realizing a bold vision and achieving ambitious goals requires clear strategy and smart, equitable, people-centered practices.
With close to 20 years of diverse experience across private and nonprofit sectors Erin has leveraged a keen ability to marry strategy and talent while upholding a high bar for diversity, equity and inclusion in ways that have yielded real results.

The Center has developed a cadre of consultants who are positioned to support individual companies in adopting inclusive practices. The Center’s consultants conduct the Center’s services and may also co-create an implementation plan with the end goal of embedding policies and practices within its organization that yield a more productive, equitable, and thriving workforce.
Our consultants have expertise in human resources and talent strategy, organizational development, change management and they operate with high standards and knowledge level related to diversity, equity and inclusion.
