On March 4, 2026, we invited our workforce partners to attend a Healthcare in a Day event hosted by The Christ College of Nursing & Health Sciences and The Christ Hospital as part of our Employer Tour Program. Healthcare in a Day is a twice-per-year event designed to highlight healthcare career opportunities for high school students interested in pursuing careers in the healthcare field.
The event featured an engaging morning of presentations, Q&A sessions, and even a live surgery demonstration. Attendees had the opportunity to explore healthcare career pathways within The Christ Hospital Health Network, including nursing, pharmacy, laboratory sciences, and other in-demand healthcare roles.

In addition to presentations from The Christ Hospital and The Christ College, Megan Reed of the Hamilton County Educational Service Center (ESC) provided an overview of LinkedUp Connect, a product of the Greater Cincinnati Advisory Council.
LinkedUp Connect empowers students from member schools across Southwest Ohio by connecting them with meaningful career exploration opportunities tailored to their interests and strengths. At the same time, the platform helps businesses discover talented, motivated students who are eager to contribute fresh ideas and develop into the future workforce.
