An equitable opportunity

Dan Meyer, founder and CEO of Nehemiah Manufacturing, has long championed giving fair chance hires an opportunity. A consumer packaged goods veteran, Meyer launched the company in 2009 with the goal of creating jobs for those hardest to employ: inner-city residents, low-skilled workers and people with criminal records and drug abuse histories. His focus is not on a person’s past, but where they are today and what they can do going forward.
