Nearly eight years after it started, the Cincinnati Regional Chamber’s Workforce Innovation Center is changing.
The center’s broad goal remains the same – help employers deal with talent challenges, connect and convene the region’s workforce ecosystem and shepherd a regional strategy. But its one-on-one consulting services with employers to address individual needs are shifting based on companies’ needs.
