The Workforce Innovation Center has released the second “Gen Z in the Workforce in the Cincinnati Region” white paper presented by Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. This report focuses on Gen Z in our region who are Skilled Through Alternative Routes (STARs), meaning those that have chosen educational and career pathways other than a bachelor’s degree.
